1.1 Overseas Branch Establishment Program

The Company has been selected as an overseas private network of the Small and Medium Venture Business Corporation in Coindo Trading, India, and has been appointed as an official private network of Hinge-area businesses that can carry out overseas branching and export voucher projects.


- Governing Ministries & Organizations : Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy
- Organizations : KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency), Small & Medium Business Corporation (SBC), World-OKTA (World Federation of Overseas Korean Traders Associations)
- Project Overview : Comprehensive marketing, marketing and export support, and export & localization support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that lack the capacity to establish overseas branches.

1.2 Designation of Overseas Business Centers and Partners

Company has been appointed as an Overseas Business Center in India by Jeonnam TP, Gwangju TP, Jeollabuk-do Economic and Trade Promotion Agency, Korea Photonics Technology Institute, and Seoul Business Agency (SBA). We support domestic companies in specific industries by providing consulting services for market expansion, organizing export consultation meetings, and assisting with trade delegations. Furthermore, we expand our scope of work to include the operation of individual company market development teams, supporting our role as an overseas business center.

By leveraging regional expertise and local market knowledge, it provides customized consulting tailored to each company’s needs, helping them successfully expand into international markets.

1.4 India Regulatory Certifications: CDSCO, FSSAI, and BIS

The Indian government enforces various industry certification systems such as BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organization), and FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) to ensure public health and safety. Each certification is managed by a designated authority, with BIS covering the broadest range of products, FSSAI overseeing the food sector, and CDSCO regulating cosmetics and medical products.

With India's rapid economic growth and the advancement of its industrial and consumer markets, the scope of mandatory certifications is expanding. Additionally, India often utilizes certification systems and procedures as non-tariff barriers, making it essential for exporters to thoroughly understand the certification requirements for each product category.
